The Art History Program is proud to announce that senior Sophie Raiskin-Wood (pictured) has been elected into Wesleyan University’s Gamma Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, Spring 2025. Congratulations Sophie!
In total, 84 Wesleyan seniors have been elected in Spring 2025. They will be honored at an induction ceremony on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel.
The oldest national scholastic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa at Wesleyan is limited to 12 percent of the graduating class each year.
Spring election is based on grades through the end of a student’s first semester of the senior year and fulfillment of the General Education Expectations (stages I and II). In addition to fulfilling the GenEd Expectations, students are expected to have a grade point average of 92 or above to be considered for election in the spring.
